Microsoft Project

Overview

Have you ever experienced the “Oh No ….!” moment when Microsoft Project has just changed your plan beyond recognition – all by itself?

The problem is that you might have told it to do what it just did – but you didn’t realise it. Microsoft Project is a great calculation tool and can help you plan your projects to a great depth (although some people express the view “That’s where it should be put!” )

If Microsoft Project has a fault, it’s that the screens look intuitive and straightforward. Believe me, they lie. There are many things going on in the background. This presentation will explain how Microsoft Project works and what it does behind your back – so that you will then understand “why it did what it just did”.
