Overview

In this presentation Mike will give you a guided tour of Google Calendar – a FREE online calendar application. The presentation will include:

• Sharing your calendar with others
• Adding events from GMail messages
• Adding events from web site links
• Sending invitations, reminders and keeping track of RSVP’s
• Setting automatic reminders
• Using English-style language to add appointments
• Synchronising with other calendar applications such as Outlook and iCal
• Searching public calendars
