Creating Streaming Flash Video

Overview

Wouldn’t it be great if there were an easy, cheap, and painless way to put video on your website so that any visitor could view it?

Wouldn’t it be even better if your visitors could view your creations without having to download a huge player?

This is the aim of a few new software applications that deliver high quality video to the .swf or .flv Flash format. Since an estimated 98 percent of Web users already have the Flash plug-in installed on their computers, video delivered in Flash is a great way to go.

Using Macromedia Flash and a few clever tricks learn how to take any video file from AVI’s to material from domestic video tape and stream it on your website or distribute it on a self playing CD or DVD.
