Building Forms with Microsoft Excel

Overview

Ideal for large worksheets (but also useful for smaller ones), forms allow you to view, enter and edit data without the need to scroll around a spreadsheet. Forms can contain all the elements that Windows users are familiar with, such as drop-down lists and checkboxes.

Excel provides a number of different methods for creating forms – ranging from a simple “Auto Form” to complex and powerful multi-page forms created within the VBA environment.

This is the first instalment of several Excel presentations that will be delivered throughout the year.
